As a local small business, I appreciate your support in helping us continue to grow. All money spent with The Thirteenth Hour goes right back into our event and actors each year. I put together this page to help you know what to expect when you are our guest. We can’t wait to hear you scream!

The Thirteenth Hour Haunted Attraction

While free, parking on-site is limited and may reach capacity. Please carpool or rideshare to reduce the number of cars arriving from your group. Our Parking is on grass and gravel. Please park close to adjacent cars to ensure we can fit all guests.

Our parking area consists of a one-way loop. Please be picked up and dropped off by the queue area.

We are not responsible for any valuables left in your vehicle. Please avoid bringing any prohibited items listed below since you will be asked to return them to your vehicle before you can enter our facility
VERIFICATION
You MUST bring a photo ID and the credit card used to make your purchase. This will be checked prior to entry to prevent fraud.
Any on-site purchases are cash only. We have an ATM available onsite.
YOUR ENTRY TIME
Your Entry Time is the time you are permitted to enter the front gate and join the waiting line. This is NOT the time you will be starting the haunted house. You should still plan to wait in line, especially on Fridays & Saturdays. We have two waiting areas, one visible from the parking lot and a second, covered waiting area, after a walk through the woods.
Please plan your evening accordingly for longer wait times during the final weekends in October since that is our peak season.
Please do not arrive until it is your Entry Time. You will not be allowed to enter the waiting line early.
CHANGE YOUR TICKETS
DATE OR TIME
You can change the date or time of your ticket immediately right from your confirmation e-mail. You may change your ticket to a different date or time for the same event type in the same year as long as there is availability still remaining. Specific events may have limitations.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following items are NOT permitted on the property under any circumstances. If security finds any of these items when going through the metal detector, you will either be asked to return them to your vehicle or you can throw them in the trash. Under no circumstances can our staff or security hold onto items.

WEAPONS OF ANY KIND
PEPPER SPRAY, TASERS, FIREARMS, KNIVES
LIGHTERS, OPEN FLAMES
RECORDING DEVICES OR FLASHLIGHTS
ATTRACTION RULES
Failure to follow these rules and regulations will result in your immediate ejection without refund.

Once you enter the attraction please keep walking at a slow and steady pace at all times. We want to ensure the groups behind you and ahead of you have a great time too. If you feel like the group around you acted in any way that resulted in you not having the best experience possible, please make sure to let us know so we can work with you to make it right.

The safety of our guests and staff is our first priority. Our actors will not touch you. Failure to follow this rule will result in immediate removal from the facility without a refund.

Once you enter the attraction, no photos or videos are permitted. If you are caught recording you will be removed from the attraction

You must keep your phone in a pocket or away at all times. If you have your phone out, you will be removed from the attraction.

The Thirteenth Hour is an indoor and outdoor event. Your experience will take you across pathways of stone, concrete, dirt, and uneven surfaces; we encourage our guests to wear comfortable footwear and to dress for the weather.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
If you have an existing medical condition please get approval from your doctor before attending.

The Thirteenth Hour is designed to be a mentally and physically demanding experience. We do not reccomend anyone with medical conditions attend the event.

If you are pregnant, you should not attend this event.

We use strobe lights throughout the attraction.

We use multiple types of fog throughout our attraction. Portions will include thick-fog with minimal to no visibility.

The attractions can be very loud. We have loud audio and air blasts throughout the attraction.
